When we get an assignment from a client, we make sure that we have properly targeted the relevant buying market, and created the incentive for them to attend and bid competitively, and that the price paid reflects the market at that time.

Our experienced, enthusiastic, and highly trained team knows that there are literally hundreds of details we have to address with each assignment to make certain that the product has been properly marketed in a timely fashion with maximum incentive for bidders to take the offering seriously, but at the end of the day our clients know that we truly met the market and got them the best price in short order for their asset.
